Clean, great location near beach and away from nightlife. Tea/coffee facilities provided. Staff friendly and responsive. Comfy stay for one night. Ignore negative reviews - see for yourself! 👍

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions and the vibrant center of Kemptown. Our room was surprisingly spacious compared to others in the area. Despite some wear and tear, the facilities were as advertised, and the bathroom had modern fittings.

We had a minor inconvenience with the check-out process as there wasn't a drop box for keys. the staff, although sleepy, was still accommodating when we had to wake them up.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location of this hotel is perfect - right by the sea in the Kemptown area, providing stunning views and easy access to the pier. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with adequate furniture and decent facilities. I particularly enjoyed the little garden outside, which was a great place to relax. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great value for money. All in all, a wonderful experience.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of any areas for improvement.

The hotel was clean and had all the facilities we needed. It was conveniently located just out of the main area but near to the beach and next to the city center.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of everything. It is pretty close to the sea and just out of the main area. The beach and shops are also close by. The rooms are comfortable, with clean sheets and enough pillows. The manager is very welcoming and helpful, and the internet connection is good.

The wardrobe is small for a family of three.
